About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Recommend loan solutions to existing firm customers and prospective clients sourced through strategic initiative platforms
- Manage a portfolio of customer relationships
- Seek opportunities to retain and develop new clients
- Develop and prepare loan solutions and refer products and services
- Review documentation to ensure compliance
- Manage the customer pipeline for efficiency
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to complete mortgage transactions
- Collect and analyze customer financial information for multifaceted and/or complex borrowers
- Demonstrate customer-focused decision-making and create customized customer solutions
- Assess and manage risks in accordance with PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework
Requirements
What you’ll need- Typically requires a university / college degree with less than 1 year of professional experience and/or successful completion of a formal development program
- In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience, including military service, may be considered
- Knowledge of banking products, mortgages, and mortgage products
- Client prospecting and sales skills
- Customer relationship and customer solution skills
- Documentation and loan origination knowledge
- Financial analysis skills
- Effective communications
- Scheduling work and activities
- Selling skills
- Candidates being considered will be subject to additional background checks as required by Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations
- No required certifications
- No required or preferred language assessments
- Must not require employment visa sponsorship or STEM OPT participation
- Must work from a quiet, secure, and confidential home-based workspace if approved for remote work
