About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead a critical operational support service, process, capability, or initiative within an operational unit
Ensure performance and risk indicators are met
Provide training and mentoring support to the team
Establish process performance measurements and oversee business impact
Implement critical business support services as needed
Communicate performance statistics to internal stakeholders and senior management
Promote and monitor production workflow
Assist team members with complex escalation process issues
Identify and resolve exceptions independently and serve as a point of escalation
Monitor production and process effectiveness and efficiency
Determine and drive production and process change and improvement efforts
Collaborate with business partners and team members
Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
Resolve compliance issues independently and drive risk mitigation activities

Requirements

What you’ll need

University/college degree typically required for roles at this level
3+ years of relevant/direct industry experience
In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience, including military service, may be considered
Bachelor's education listed
No required certifications
No required licenses
Knowledge of accountability, customer solutions, compliance, personal initiative, process improvements, results orientation, risk mitigation strategies, and standard operating procedures
Accuracy and attention to detail
Consulting, decision making and critical thinking, effective communications, managing multiple priorities, operational functions, problem solving, process management, products and services, and standard operating procedures
Must work from a quiet, secure, and confidential home-based workspace if remote work is approved
