Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of six years of loan servicing experience, preferably within investor reporting; equivalent experience in complex financial operations will be considered
  • Strong understanding of financial calculations and cash movement processes
  • Ability to analyze and resolve reporting discrepancies
  • Exceptional time management and prioritization skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with commitment to accuracy, quality, and operational excellence
  • Ability to independently identify issues, analyze root causes, and implement effective solutions
  • Sound decision-making skills and ability to assess risk, escalate concerns, and drive timely resolution
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating and communicating across business partners and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills
  • Ability to interpret complex data and identify trends
  • Demonstrated leadership serving as a trusted advisor on complex reporting and reconciliation matters
  • Ability to mentor peers and advance team objectives
  • University/college degree typically required for roles at this level, with 3+ years of relevant/direct industry experience
  • In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience may be considered
