  • Lead critical Investor Reporting activities, including accurate reporting and remittance of funds

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of six years of loan servicing experience, preferably within investor reporting; equivalent experience in complex financial operations will be considered
  • Strong understanding of financial calculations and cash movement processes
  • Ability to analyze and resolve reporting discrepancies
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with commitment to accuracy, quality, and operational excellence
  • Ability to identify issues, analyze root causes, and implement effective solutions independently
  • Sound decision-making and risk assessment skills
  • Ability to escalate concerns and drive timely resolution
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with business partners and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills
  • Ability to interpret complex data and identify trends
  • Demonstrated leadership in complex reporting and reconciliation matters
  • Experience mentoring peers and advancing team objectives
  • Roles at this level typically require a university/college degree with 3+ years of relevant/direct industry experience
  • In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience, including military service, may be considered
