About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Process, review, and reconcile mutual fund trades
Ensure accuracy and timely resolution of trade issues
Analyze operational data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
Use Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and operational support
Maintain clear and accurate documentation using Microsoft OneNote and other Microsoft tools
Follow established operational procedures and implement process enhancements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational efficiency and quality
Execute routine and complex transactions and processes across specialized products or functional areas
Identify and address exceptions and escalate complex transactions
Partner with internal service partners to route calls, documents, and action items
Ensure materials and documentation are available to complete transactions
Provide consultation and advice to internal and external customers
Recommend and assist with implementation of process improvements
Participate in process improvement projects and support training and onboarding of new hires
Review transactions and documentation for completeness, accuracy, service-level conformance, and compliance
Participate in risk mitigation activities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Associates or equivalent degree
Typically requires 3+ years of experience
Comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience, including military service, may be considered in lieu of a degree
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office products, including OneNote
Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
Experience and/or working knowledge of AMG systems, platforms, or processes preferred
Proven experience supporting mutual fund trade operations preferred
Prior experience in a senior or lead-level operations role preferred
Must not require employment visa sponsorship; PNC will not participate in STEM OPT
Must work from a quiet, secure, and confidential home-based workspace if approved for remote work
