About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities
  • Identify opportunities to improve customers' financial wellbeing
  • Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customers' share of wallet
  • Position PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty
  • Drive proactive sales conversations through outbound calling, service to sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and lobby engagement
  • Deliver a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate solutions
  • Leverage ecosystem partnerships and community Centers of Influence to acquire, expand, and retain relationships
  • Create customer loyalty and grow customer share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience
  • Educate customers on options for managing financial transactions using technology, tools, and resources
  • Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems
  • Manage risk through adherence to policies and procedures
  • Participate in branch daily operations, ensuring efficient and accurate completion

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associates or equivalent degree as well as related experience or product knowledge, or comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience including military service
  • Typically requires 3+ years experience
