About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities
  • Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve customers’ financial wellbeing
  • Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customers’ share of wallet
  • Act as a PNC ambassador and position PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty
  • Lead proactive sales conversations through outbound calling, service-to-sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and lobby engagement
  • Deliver a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate solutions
  • Leverage ecosystem partnerships and community Centers of Influence to acquire, expand, and retain relationships
  • Drive customer loyalty and share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience
  • Perform lobby engagement activities and position financial products to meet customer needs
  • Educate customers on options for managing financial transactions using technology, tools, and resources
  • Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems
  • Manage risk through adherence to policies and procedures
  • Participate in branch daily operations, ensuring efficient and accurate completion

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associates degree or equivalent degree, or comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
  • Typically requires 4+ years of related business or functional experience
  • Appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for the role
