About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities
  • Identify opportunities to improve customers' financial wellbeing
  • Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customers' share of wallet
  • Position PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty
  • Lead proactive sales conversations through outbound calling, service-to-sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and lobby engagement
  • Deliver a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate solutions
  • Leverage ecosystem partnerships and community Centers of Influence to acquire, expand, and retain relationships
  • Drive customer loyalty and grow customer share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience
  • Perform lobby engagement activities and position financial products to meet customer needs
  • Educate customers on options for managing financial transactions using technology, tools, and resources
  • Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems
  • Manage risk through adherence to policies and procedures
  • Participate in branch daily operations, ensuring efficient and accurate completion

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associates or equivalent degree as well as related experience or product knowledge
  • Typically requires 4+ years of related business or functional experience
  • In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered
  • Ability to serve as a Notary Public in the applicable state
  • Subject to additional background checks as required by Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations
  • No required certifications
  • No required or preferred language assessments
  • Must not have disqualifying criminal history under Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act and applicable SAFE Act and/or FINRA requirements
