Key responsibilities & impact

Design intelligent automation, robotic process automation, generative artificial intelligence, machine learning, and/or workflow-system solutions
Consult with business partners to gather inputs and recommend or create technical solutions for business-process issues
Assist with introducing new systems and support system issue management
Apply industry standards for process engineering and automation
Partner with cross-functional teams to align process-improvement initiatives with organizational objectives
Evaluate and execute complex operations or technology processes through end-to-end solutions
Conduct business diagnostics to identify, quantify, and prioritize value-creation projects
Develop and present business cases, implementation deliverables, cost estimates, and cost-benefit analyses to senior leadership
Redesign complex, cross-functional processes across operations and business systems
Improve quality and minimize process costs using data analysis and process modeling
Present optimization efforts to governance committees for approval
Assess process risks against business objectives and the bank's risk-management framework
Support smooth introduction of new processes and sustain or improve output quality
Mentor individuals and teams to build capabilities
Foster continuous improvement with the Line of Business

Requirements

What you’ll need

University/college degree typically required; bachelor's degree listed under Education
5+ years of industry-relevant experience
Comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience, including military service, may be considered in lieu of a degree
Proven senior-level facilitation and influence skills
Ability to lead ambiguous, high-stakes design discussions with key stakeholders
Experience developing and executing business strategies
Knowledge of change management, corporate governance, data analytics, process efficiencies, process improvements, and risk assessments
Analytical thinking, consulting, effective communications, flexibility and adaptability, influencing, organizational change management, organizational savvy and politics, problem solving, and project management
No required certifications or licenses
No required or preferred language assessments
Must not require employment visa sponsorship; PNC will not participate in STEM OPT
