About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the vision and definition of the product
- Serve as the voice of the customer
- Ensure Scrum Team efforts are concentrated on priorities based on business value
- Define and convey the product vision to teams to address client requirements
- Drive creation and integrity of the product backlog
- Lead grooming of the product backlog and prioritize it based on business value
- Ensure Scrum Masters and development teams focus on the right priorities during development
- Serve as the primary point of contact for team questions and make empowered decisions
- Accept delivery of working products from Scrum Teams
- Socialize iteration business value and outcomes with stakeholders and clients
- Apply customer-focused practices to create customized customer solutions
- Assess and manage risks associated with business objectives and activities in accordance with PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework
- Travel quarterly
Requirements
What you’ll need- Prior financial experience within payments (instant, wire, ACH) is strongly preferred
- University/college degree typically required for roles at this level
- Bachelor's degree
- Industry-relevant experience is typically 8+ years
- In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience, including military service, may be considered
- Specific certifications are often required, although no required certifications are listed for this position
- No required license(s)
- No required or preferred language assessments
- Must be able to work in an in-office setting
- PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position
