About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide detailed technical design and development of software solutions using existing and emerging technology platforms
- Propose and design software solutions for complex business needs
- Write, test, and deploy software
- Prepare technical and procedural software documentation
- Maintain and debug software
- Apply customer-focused practices in business decisions and customized customer solutions
- Assess and manage risks in alignment with PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework
Requirements
What you’ll need- University / college degree typically required
- 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience
- Comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience, including military service, may be considered in lieu of a degree
- Knowledge of application development, business management, customer solutions, design, group problem solving, process improvements, release management, software solutions, and user experience (UX) design
- Competency in application delivery process, application design, architecture, application development tools, application testing, packaged application integration, system development life cycle, technical troubleshooting, and technical writing/documentation
- No required certifications
- No required licenses
- No required or preferred language assessments
- Must not require employment visa sponsorship; PNC will not provide sponsorship or participate in STEM OPT
