About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own end-to-end management of enterprise AI economics, including AI consumption tracking, forecasting, cost attribution, and funding strategies
  • Design and oversee the AI chargeback framework with Finance, transitioning AI-related expenses to business-unit-level accountability
  • Develop and maintain cost and consumption models for seat-based and consumption-based AI platforms
  • Provide insights into spend efficiency, utilization trends, and business value realization
  • Lead the enterprise Responsible AI governance program
  • Facilitate cross-functional governance forums and translate ethical AI principles into operational controls
  • Oversee the annual Responsible AI review process
  • Influence strategic AI investments and operational decisions through engagement with executive stakeholders
  • Drive strategic enterprise planning initiatives, including analysis, oversight, and support for solution development
  • Define, understand, and frame complex enterprise and/or multiple-line-of-business initiatives
  • Lead advanced planning, analysis, solution development, and presentations for complex strategic initiatives
  • Ensure quality and accuracy of data elements
  • Mentor and educate team members on advanced planning practices
  • Analyze and recommend solutions for key enterprise initiatives
  • Develop structured presentations highlighting findings and recommendations for key decision makers
  • Collaborate with lines of business to implement recommended strategic solutions
  • Manage risks associated with business objectives and activities in accordance with PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • University / college degree typically required; Education listed as Bachelors
  • Typically 8+ years of industry-relevant experience
  • Comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
  • Preferred skills: Branding, Change Management, Creative Process, Design Thinking, Innovation, Machine Learning (ML), Personal Initiative, Strategic Planning
  • Competencies: Accuracy and Attention to Detail, Analytical Thinking, Business Process Design, Data Gathering and Analysis, Effective Communications, Influencing, Tactical and Strategic Planning, Problem Solving, Strategic Thinking
  • No required certifications
  • No required licenses
  • No required or preferred language assessments
