About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support one or more strategic enterprise initiatives and deliver strategy and planning solutions
Define business problems, identify issues, and implement planned approaches
Define and obtain data collection, research, and reporting activities
Analyze and recommend solutions for key initiatives
Work with senior team members to develop and deliver presentations
Collaborate with one or more lines of business to implement recommended solutions
Work with engineers and data scientists to drive work
Analyze business problems and AI opportunities
Support AI use case intake, prioritization, documentation, and approval processes
Coordinate with stakeholders to align priorities and remove blockers
Define success metrics and track adoption, efficiency, risk, and value outcomes
Prepare executive-ready updates and recommendations
Support change management for AI-enabled capabilities

Requirements

What you’ll need

University / college degree typically required
3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience
Comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
Experience in strategy, business analysis, product or program operations, data and analytics, technology transformation, or AI/GenAI initiatives
Ability to communicate complex topics clearly
Ability to operate effectively across business, technology, and risk partners
Strategy and strategic planning
Business analysis and process improvement
Business case development
Data gathering and analysis
Gen AI and machine learning knowledge
No required certifications
No required licenses
No required or preferred language assessments
Must be able to work in an in-office environment
