About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the development and delivery of programs for targeted talent segments
- Manage stakeholder consultation, development and system resources, project and program measurement, and related deliverables
- Foster relationships among HR, management, business units, and external partners
- Drive continuous improvement strategies to meet business, development, and talent objectives
- Direct talent program staff in determining development needs and objectives
- Support in-program analysts and their managers throughout the talent life cycle
- Manage external partnerships and strategies for assigned programs and new talent initiatives/pilots
- Partner with employees, business, and management to provide coaching and strategic support
- Oversee execution of projects, events, systems, and talent-program deliverables
- Set expectations for teams to recommend, design, implement, manage, and evaluate programs
- Occasionally travel to schools and other markets
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience working in secondary education, higher education, and/or vocational or career coaching
- Experience in project management
- Experience and/or understanding of workforce development
- Strong public speaking and presentation skills
- Proven ability to build and manage relationships with business and community partners
- University/college degree typically required, or comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
- 3+ years of industry-relevant experience
- No required certifications
- No required licenses
- No required or preferred language assessments
- Must not require employment visa sponsorship; PNC will not participate in STEM OPT
