About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop, consult on, and implement tax, estate, and financial plans for clients, including highly complex clients
  • Collaborate with planning resources on complex subject matters
  • Partner in acquiring new clients
  • Retain, expand, and deepen existing client relationships
  • Conduct and review research
  • Develop tax, estate, and financial analyses and plans
  • Make recommendations to teams and clients
  • Provide direction to wealth strategists and associates
  • Retain and grow assets under management by advising clients, prospective clients, and Centers of Influence
  • Identify PNC solutions and services as sales opportunities
  • Develop new client relationships through networking, prospecting, and referrals
  • Assess and manage risks in accordance with PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • University/college degree typically required for roles at this level
  • JD
  • Typically 8+ years of industry-relevant experience
  • Comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience, including military service, may be considered in lieu of a degree
  • Appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for the role
  • Knowledge of capital management, client prospecting, client relationship building, financial operations, investment banking, and revenue recognition
  • Competence in business acumen, client relationship management, decision making and critical thinking, effective communications, investments, networking, problem solving, products and services, and value selling
  • No required certifications
  • No required licenses
  • No required or preferred language assessments
  • Must be able to work without employment visa sponsorship or STEM OPT
