Requirements

What you’ll need
  • University / college degree typically required for roles at this level
  • 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience
  • In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered
  • Bachelor's degree listed under Education
  • Apache Kafka administration and development
  • Java, Spring Boot, and microservices
  • Kafka producers, consumers, and Kafka Streams
  • Kafka Connect and Schema Registry
  • Docker and Kubernetes/OpenShift
  • CI/CD using Jenkins and GitHub
  • Monitoring using Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, or similar tools
  • Relational databases, including Oracle and SQL Server
  • Agile development methodologies
  • No required certifications
