Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Technology Integration Specialists
  • Establish expectations, roles, and success metrics
  • Support onboarding, training, and ongoing skill development

  • Participate in hiring and workforce planning
  • Oversee integration discovery, design, and execution across customer projects
  • Escalate complex or high-risk integration challenges
  • Review integration architectures, API specifications, and technical documentation
  • Ensure security, scalability, maintainability, and integration best practices
  • Provide hands-on technical support while managing the team
  • Support technical discovery, pre-sales conversations, and estimation for complex integrations
  • Communicate integration gaps, customer feedback, and roadmap needs to Product and Engineering
  • Coordinate handoffs and customer satisfaction with Implementation and Customer Success
  • Represent Integration in cross-department planning and prioritization
  • Define, document, and improve integration processes, standards, and tooling
  • Improve delivery efficiency, predictability, and scale
  • Manage risks, dependencies, and resource constraints
  • Influence long-term integration strategy
  • Provide technology and business-management solutions for cross-functional applications
  • Own solution identification, evaluation, and direction
  • Manage business demand, technology expenditures, client feedback, relationships, and technology experience
  • Manage consulting services and communications for process-improvement projects
  • Analyze and elicit client requirements and transform them into functional and non-functional requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • University / college degree or comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience
  • 5+ years of industry-relevant experience
  • At least 3 years of prior management experience
  • Previous experience managing or leading technical, integration, or implementation teams
  • Strong background supporting client integrations or enterprise software implementations
  • Experience acting as a senior technical consultant or solution architect
  • Experience with payment systems, e-commerce, point-of-sale, or platform ecosystems is a plus
  • Comfort reviewing source code and troubleshooting integration issues without expectation of hands-on development
  • Knowledge of business analysis, change management, digital transformation, information technology strategies, payment processing software, point-of-sale software, problem management, project management, SDLC, stakeholder management, strategic planning, team leadership, and technology integrations
  • Competence in budgeting, business acumen, consulting, influencing, IT project planning and organization, product and vendor evaluation, relationship management, and requirements analysis
  • No required certifications or licenses
