About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Execute funds transfers of multiple types and varying complexity using multiple processing platforms under general supervision
Initiate a subset of manual transactions
Resolve routine exceptions
Provide secondary approval of initiated or repaired transactions
Perform high-level financial reconciliation of processed transactions
Perform initial investigation of reconciliation exceptions
Monitor live transactions within multiple processing applications
Follow standard policies and procedures to address exceptions
Escalate unresolved exceptions or impactful issues appropriately
Ensure compliance with the control framework
Identify and report potential conflicts with relevant regulations
Participate in basic change management activities, including operational regression user testing scripts

Requirements

What you’ll need

Associates or equivalent degree as well as related experience or product knowledge
Typically requires 3+ years experience
In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience, including military service, may be considered
Experience with research activities
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Experience managing inbound calls from internal service partners
Knowledge of account reconciliations, application processing, control frameworks, customer solutions, end-to-end testing, financial accounting, processing, and reconciliations
Accuracy and attention to detail
Effective communications
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Knowledge of operational functions, problem management processes, process management, standard operating procedures, treasury services, and wire transfer/Automated Clearing House (ACH)
Must be able to work 11:00 AM–8:00 PM EST
