About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execute funds transfers of multiple types and varying complexity using multiple processing platforms
- Initiate manual transactions, resolve routine exceptions, and provide secondary approval of initiated or repaired transactions
- Perform high-level financial reconciliation of processed transactions
- Conduct initial investigations of reconciliation exceptions
- Monitor live transactions across multiple processing applications
- Follow standard policies and procedures to address exceptions
- Escalate unresolved exceptions or impactful issues appropriately
- Ensure compliance with the control framework
- Identify and report potential regulatory conflicts
- Participate in basic change management activities, including operational regression user testing
Requirements
What you’ll need- Associate degree or equivalent degree
- Typically 3+ years of related experience
- Comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience, including military service, may substitute for a degree
- Knowledge of treasury services and wire transfer/Automated Clearing House (ACH) processes
- Experience with account reconciliations, application processing, control frameworks, financial accounting, processing, and end-to-end testing
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and applications simultaneously
- Experience identifying, researching, and resolving exceptions and processing issues
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to collaborate across teams and stakeholders
- Ability to work Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM EST
- Must work from a quiet, secure, and confidential home-based workspace if remote work is approved
- No employment visa sponsorship or STEM OPT
- Subject to additional background checks required by the specific government client contract
