About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Execute funds transfers of multiple types and varying complexity using multiple processing platforms under general supervision
Initiate a subset of manual transactions
Resolve routine exceptions and/or provide secondary approval of initiated/repaired transactions
Perform high-level financial reconciliation of processed transactions
Perform initial investigation of reconciliation exceptions
Monitor live transactions within multiple processing applications
Follow standard policies and procedures to address exceptions
Escalate unresolved exceptions or impactful issues appropriately
Ensure compliance with the control framework
Identify and report potential conflicts with relevant regulations
Participate in basic change management activities, including executing basic operational regression user testing scripts

Requirements

What you’ll need

Associates or equivalent degree as well as related experience or product knowledge
Typically requires 3+ years experience
In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience, including military service, may be considered
Experience supporting and managing corporate reporting processes with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple applications and systems simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Experience identifying, researching, and resolving exceptions and processing issues while ensuring compliance with established procedures
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to prioritize competing responsibilities effectively
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to collaborate across teams and stakeholders
Candidates will be subject to additional background checks as established by the specific government client contract

Must work Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM EST
