About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate relationship management activities with new and/or existing clients to grow sales, revenue, and market share
- Acquire, expand, and retain client relationships to generate revenue and deepen share of wallet
- Originate, financially analyze, negotiate, and document non-credit products and services
- Manage risk/return and drive quality for new and/or existing clients
- Identify and mitigate regulatory, reputational, and operational risks
- Provide ideas and insights based on client needs and financial well-being
- Increase client engagement and loyalty through strategic dialogue and opportunity quantification
- Manage internal and external relationships, including community and industry relationships
- Acquire new clients and expand existing clients while enhancing the client experience
- Leverage reporting and sales tools to identify and convert sales opportunities
- Analyze, evaluate, and inform on treasury product knowledge, industry benchmarking, and solution positioning
- Cover P&C and Life Insurance Carriers within PNC's Treasury Management Sales organization
Requirements
What you’ll need- University / college degree typically required; Bachelor's education stated
- 5+ years of industry-relevant experience typically required
- Comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience, including military service, may be considered in lieu of a degree
- Knowledge of P&C and Life Insurance Carrier industries preferred
- Knowledge of book of business, client relationship building, customer engagement, decision making, financial analysis, and identifying sales opportunities
- Competencies in business acumen, client relationship management, customer experience management, decision making and critical thinking, effective communications, prospecting, sales negotiating, selling, and tech savvy
- No required certifications
- No required licenses
- No required or preferred language assessments
- Must not require employment visa sponsorship; PNC will not participate in STEM OPT
- Subject to FDIA Section 19 requirements and, for registered roles, SAFE Act and/or FINRA requirements
