About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support onboarding, due diligence, and ongoing monitoring processes for third-party vendors
  • Coordinate vendor and internal stakeholder due diligence assessments, risk assessments, remediation, performance KPIs, and performance meetings
  • Facilitate calls between vendors and internal stakeholders
  • Track program deliverables, due diligence documentation, and timelines
  • Communicate with vendors and internal partners to complete tasks
  • Identify and escalate risks, issues, or delays
  • Maintain documentation, process adherence, and data quality
  • Identify and manage risks associated with products or services to improve vendor performance and regulatory compliance
  • Interpret vendor and organizational needs and provide specifications and risk mitigation solutions
  • Review new and existing contract assignments for regulatory compliance
  • Consult with vendors to remediate assessment risks and drive improvement opportunities
  • Prepare reports and documents for management review

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • University/college degree typically required, or comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
  • 2+ years of relevant professional experience
  • Experience in vendor management, third-party risk management, compliance, procurement, or related business operations
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Effective communication and collaborative mindset
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with risk management tools is a plus
  • Must not require employment visa sponsorship
  • No required certifications or licenses
  • No required or preferred language assessments
