Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years building and shipping production systems, full stack
Track record of owning problems end-to-end, defining and delivering solutions
Strong full-stack skills across backend logic, database design, and frontend UX
Fluency with relational databases and search fundamentals
Daily hands-on experience with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, and Copilot
Experience at a fast-moving startup or SaaS company
Familiarity with distributed systems concepts, including queues, event-driven architecture, and horizontal scaling
Exposure to Elixir/Phoenix, React, and PostgreSQL, or genuine curiosity to learn them quickly
Interest in helping teammates grow
