Requirements

What you’ll need

Accredited Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Architecture
5+ years of experience within an architecture, engineering, or construction organization, preferably supporting Federal clients (Navy experience strongly preferred)
5+ years of experience as a Project Manager
Professional Registration (PE or RA) required
Thorough knowledge of facilities design and construction, contract management, project delivery, and client relationship management
Experience with Federal contracting, procurement processes, and procedures
Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and/or other relevant software
Ability to travel as needed
Occasional attendance at meetings and off-site events; must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance
Must be able to travel internationally, if required, via passport or other official documentation
Ability to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC); access to federal installations may require additional security credentials and the ability to obtain a security clearance
