About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive programs protecting the Company's brands, reputation, and online policies
  • Maintain Brand Registry on marketplace platforms and remove unauthorized sellers when necessary
  • Own the Authorized Online Reseller (AOR) program, including unauthorized listing resolution, dealer agreements and inquiries, marketplace RFPs, and MAP/AOR compliance
  • Identify, investigate, catalog, and escalate unauthorized third-party listings and sellers across Amazon and other marketplaces
  • Manage dealer outreach, formal escalation letters, marketplace case filings, and communications with Field leadership and Brand Management
  • Coordinate new AOR applications, annual renewals, dealer agreements, storefront decisions, and marketplace decisions with senior management
  • Establish and maintain an organized repository for program documentation
  • Manage marketplace RFPs, evaluate submissions, and present recommendations to the Brand Committee
  • Monitor compliance platforms such as Trackstreet for MAP and AOR violations and manage escalation approaches
  • Plan and execute periodic test buys to verify dealer compliance
  • Provide status reporting to the Brand Committee and Field leadership and recommend AOR policy updates
  • Oversee software and platforms supporting AOR monitoring, communications, and reporting
  • Design and direct customer feedback monitoring, analysis, and triage across social media, storefronts, marketplaces, media outlets, and forums
  • Ensure USD and CAD dealers and resellers comply with offline and online pricing policies
  • Coordinate MAP communications and policy updates; partner with Sales and Product to maintain pricing and product data accuracy
  • Restrict deauthorized USD and CAD dealers and resellers from acquiring inventory for e-commerce resale
  • Coordinate with Legal on intellectual property management and AOR/MAP policy enforcement
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in e-commerce brand protection, channel/dealer management, marketplace operations, or a related field
  • Hands-on experience with online marketplaces and brand-protection or compliance-monitoring tools (e.g., Trackstreet or similar)
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple programs, timelines, and cross-functional stakeholders simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience drafting dealer- and leadership-facing communications
  • Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools, with the ability to build clear, data-driven reports and visuals for leadership
  • Comfortable partnering with Legal, Sales, Field, and Product teams on policy enforcement and escalation decisions
  • Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills for maintaining program documentation, agreements, and tracking systems
