About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support new hire onboarding materials, announcements and press releases
  • Update and maintain content and assets across Marketing platforms and tools
  • Support ad hoc internal communications and internal event execution
  • Maintain onboarding and marketing administrative materials
  • Assist with scheduling stakeholder and vendor meetings
  • Support external engagement announcements
  • Update firm overview and practice line-specific materials
  • Manage tombstone creation and updates
  • Create and schedule LinkedIn posts
  • Support collateral piece creation
  • Draft case study features
  • Execute all steps of the content standard operating procedure, including following up with contributors
  • Ensure consistency across firm materials with brand guidelines and writing style guide
  • Create basic graphic assets in Canva and coordinate sophisticated projects with outside design vendors
  • Build and prepare HubSpot email templates for review and deployment
  • Draft WordPress posts, format content, perform quality assurance, follow brand standards and secure publication approval
  • Assist with contact database management and list hygiene
  • Build Cvent invitations, registration pages and event microsites
  • Support ordering branded merchandise for events and new offices
  • Follow up with attendees to ensure events are tracked in Intapp
  • Manage file organization, email management, asset requests and library maintenance
  • Report directly to the VP of Content Marketing and interface with the Head of Marketing and Director of Digital Marketing
  • Contribute to a high-performing and inclusive culture

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree from a top undergraduate program, ideally in marketing, communications, graphic design or a related field
  • Located in, or willing to relocate to, Gurugram
  • Willing to collaborate in office four days a week
  • Experience operating within professional services, consulting, investment banking or private equity environments, preferably serving US clients
  • Two to four years of marketing experience, ideally within financial or professional services
  • Experience with Canva required
  • Familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite a plus
  • Working knowledge of HTML; no coding required
  • Experience with HubSpot preferred
  • Experience with Cvent preferred
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to successfully work in a small, collaborative team environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint, including high-quality messaging, structure and formatting
  • Highly responsive during working hours and willing to connect with team members across time zones
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong email etiquette
  • Top-tier organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Self-starter and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Basic understanding of contact record management (CRM) systems a plus
