About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and own the Triple P India recruiting function from the ground up
- Partner with hiring managers to identify and secure top talent across career levels
- Own end-to-end recruiting execution in an ATS, including requisition management, candidate communication, interview scheduling and pipeline reporting
- Run talent acquisition processes to improve interview-to-hire and offer acceptance ratios
- Develop and deploy sourcing strategies
- Communicate the employee value proposition and role-specific advantages
- Deliver an efficient, communicative candidate and stakeholder experience
- Manage external agency relationships and reduce agency spend
- Develop and execute strategic recruiting initiatives and events
- Maintain standard operating procedures, talent dashboards, reports and recruiting exhibits
- Leverage TA technology and support implementation of new solutions
- Report activities and outcomes and flag opportunities and threats
- Manage process changes
- Facilitate employment branding
- Champion the referral bonus program and educate employees about hiring needs
- Share TA best practices and lead internal trainings
- Contribute to a high-performing and inclusive culture
- Work with the global TA team, local HCM leader and Practice Line Leaders to drive high-volume and strategic recruiting outcomes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree from a top undergraduate program
- Located in or willing to relocate to Gurugram, India
- Motivated to collaborate in office three days per week
- Six plus years of lateral recruiting experience, primarily sourcing from investment banking, private equity or other financial/professional services firms
- Expert in candidate sourcing and selection
- Skilled in screening and/or behavioral interviews
- Experience with employment branding, diversity recruitment and change management
- Full-cycle, end-to-end recruiting experience within an applicant tracking system (ATS), including interview scheduling
- Direct ATS management experience, such as Lever, Greenhouse or Ashby, strongly preferred
- Ability to work independently and in a small, collaborative team environment
- Comfortable with a high degree of autonomy and independent decision-making
- Proven ability to interact with senior executives
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Flexibility to overlap with U.S. team working hours
- Proven success in high-pressure, time-constrained environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong email etiquette
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Self-starter and entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to build a function from the ground up
