About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Co-own the day-to-day internal affiliate program, including onboarding, commission structures, codes, links, payouts, and performance
  • Allocate affiliate budget and determine commission structures based on creator performance and tier potential
  • Monitor clicks, conversions, revenue, and affiliate contribution to creator-driven revenue
  • Monitor fraud, coupon abuse, and policy violations and resolve escalations
  • Convert high-performing organic creators into paid partnership opportunities
  • Evaluate and onboard creators to targeted tier levels and manage creator accounts
  • Partner with Finance and Operations on payout reconciliation and reporting
  • Source new creators through social listening and evaluate brand fit, content quality, audience makeup, and conversion potential
  • Maintain a pipeline of high-performing affiliates and promote standout creators into paid tiers, ambassador status, or dedicated collaborations
  • Run product seeding end to end, including selection, order placement, tracking, and follow-up
  • Secure and track usage rights and expirations
  • Manage whitelisting and partnership ad access
  • Work with Paid Media to identify and route creator content for ad testing
  • Feed creator performance signals back into partner decisions
  • Communicate with affiliates on program updates, incentives, and performance feedback
  • Ensure affiliate and creator content meets FTC disclosure requirements and Portland Leather Goods brand standards
  • Serve as the main point of contact for creators, talent managers, and agency partners

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2–4 years in affiliate marketing, influencer or creator marketing, or partnership marketing, brand or agency side
  • Hands-on experience administering an affiliate or creator platform — Roster, Refunnel, ShopMy, LTK, Superfiliate, Impact, CJ, or similar
  • Demonstrated ability to read program data and act on it
  • Precision with payouts, tracking, codes, and rights documentation
  • Strong written communication
  • Real fluency in Instagram and TikTok, including creator culture and what performs
  • Employees must reside in a state where the company is currently registered to conduct business and process payroll: Oregon, Texas, Washington, Florida, Virginia, South Carolina, Nevada, Illinois, Michigan, Ohio, Colorado, Tennessee, New Hampshire, or Georgia
