About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work in the Accounting department, contributing to month-end closing routines, reconciliations, and responses to internal organizational requests;
Ensure the quality and reliability of accounting information;
Perform balance sheet account reconciliations and balance analysis;
Process accounting entries and reclassifications;
Support the control and monitoring of prepaid expenses;
Assist with the accounting closing processes for the group companies;
Collaborate with the Tax, Finance, Legal, Human Resources, and Controllership departments;
Support internal and external audits;
Contribute to the preparation and filing of ancillary obligations, such as ECD;
Prepare and update department controls, spreadsheets, and procedures;
Participate in initiatives focused on the continuous improvement of accounting processes;
Support projects related to automation, digitalization, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field;
Previous experience with accounting routines;
Knowledge of accounting reconciliations and balance sheet accounts;
Intermediate Excel skills;
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
Ability to work well in a team and interact with different areas of the company;
Organized and committed to meeting deadlines;
Knowledge of SAP is a plus;
Experience with tax processes and taxes;
Experience with internal and external audits;
Knowledge of ECD and accounting closing routines;
Knowledge of or interest in process automation, RPA, and Artificial Intelligence applied to the corporate environment is desirable.
