About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Track technology projects (hardware and software) from requirements definition through implementation and stabilization.
Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for clients, supporting the direction and follow-up of requests and needs.
Support communication and alignment among multidisciplinary teams (Software, Hardware, Engineering, Operations, and others), tracking activities, timelines, and deliverables.
Support user acceptance testing, pilots, integrations, and rollouts of new projects.
Track project risks, dependencies, and potential blockers, working with the teams to define actions and solutions.
Prepare and maintain status reports and tracking controls to support management.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience tracking technology projects, initiatives, or requests, preferably involving hardware and software.
Knowledge of or experience tracking project schedules, activities, and deliverables.
Experience interacting with different departments and stakeholders to track requests and deliverables.
Currently pursuing or completed a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Planner, Project, Trello, Monday, or similar platforms.
