About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Join the Procurement team, playing a strategic role in supplier management, commercial negotiations, and the development of purchasing strategies
- Lead commercial negotiations involving costs, payment terms, lead times, warranties, quality, and production capacity
- Develop and implement purchasing strategies
- Identify, assess, and develop domestic and international suppliers
- Negotiate contractual terms and conditions and strengthen supplier relationships
- Assess and mitigate supply chain-related risks
- Analyze market data to identify opportunities and anticipate potential impacts
- Support the Supply, Project, and Product teams in meeting new product launch schedules
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, International Relations, or a related field
- Experience in Procurement/Purchasing
- Advanced English proficiency
- Advanced Excel/Microsoft Office skills
- Experience with negotiation and supplier relationship management
- Analytical mindset, logical reasoning, agility, and results orientation
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across different functions and organizational levels
