About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage technology projects, including hardware and software, from demand definition through implementation and stabilization
Serve as the daily point of contact for clients, helping resolve or escalate issues
Work with multidisciplinary Software, Hardware, Engineering, and Operations teams to organize and prioritize requirements
Support user acceptance testing, pilots, integrations, and rollouts of new projects
Identify risks and bottlenecks and propose solutions
Maintain organized status reports for management oversight

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience managing a variety of projects, preferably involving hardware and software
Hands-on experience managing project deadlines and schedules
Hands-on experience coordinating diverse teams, such as technical, commercial, or operations teams, toward a common deliverable
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Technology, Information Systems, or a related field
