About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan and manage continuous improvement and R&D projects using project management methodologies
- Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, scope, and performance indicators
- Ensure initiatives align with Industry 4.0 concepts and technologies
- Manage relationships with governing bodies, ensuring project reporting and compliance
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and external partners, including universities and research institutes
- Identify risks and opportunities and propose solutions focused on process automation and digital transformation
- Monitor project budget execution and the proper application of related tax incentives
- Prepare management reports and presentations for leadership and stakeholders
- Ensure project documentation and compliance for audits and regulatory assessments
- Identify and develop partnerships with Science and Technology Institutions for new innovation projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Production, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical, or related fields), Business Administration, or Information Technology
- Solid experience in industrial project management, preferably in an electronics manufacturing environment
- Experience with R&D projects covered by tax incentive programs, such as the Informatics Law, PPB, PPI 4.0, or similar programs
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMBOK/PMI, PRINCE2, Scrum, and Agile methodologies)
- Knowledge of Industry 4.0 concepts and technologies, including automation, IoT, smart manufacturing, big data, cybersecurity, and robotics
- Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Trello, or similar platforms
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent English
