About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Plan communication and content initiatives and strategies
Plan, create, and publish content for social media, blogs, campaigns, and other digital channels
Liaise with teams such as Product and Sales to gather information, identify opportunities, and turn them into relevant topics and content
Take a proactive, leading role in identifying and generating new communication needs
Coordinate the content production workflow with the internal team and external partners/vendors
Ensure the organization, quality, and consistency of deliverables while managing a significant volume of content
Monitor the performance of produced content, using data and metrics to support decision-making and propose improvements
Navigate different systems and information sources to gather data supporting the development of communications
Ensure content is aligned with the brands’ identity, positioning, and strategies
Monitor trends, formats, language, and behavior on social media, bringing new ideas and opportunities to the content strategy

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Advertising, Corporate Communications, or a related field
Strong experience in content planning, creation, and management
Experience producing content for social media and digital channels
Experience in corporate environments, liaising with different areas of the business
Ability to analyze content performance data and metrics
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple demands and priorities simultaneously
Digitally savvy, with a strong connection to the social media landscape and an interest in following trends, formats, and new forms of communication
