Key responsibilities & impact

Plan, monitor, and control corporate projects, ensuring that schedules and deliverables are met.
Track project activities, milestones, risks, dependencies, and action plans.
Act as the focal point among business areas, technical teams, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
Lead project status meetings, documenting decisions, outstanding items, and next steps.
Prepare executive presentations, management reports, and status updates for leadership.
Identify risks, anticipate impacts, and support the definition of actions to mitigate deviations.
Map, analyze, and propose improvements to processes related to the department’s projects and operations.
Support digital transformation initiatives, system implementations, and continuous improvement projects.
Ensure effective communication among all parties involved and support the resolution of impediments throughout the projects.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
Experience in managing and monitoring corporate projects.
Experience leading multidisciplinary projects and working with diverse stakeholders.
Knowledge of project management methodologies, including PMBOK, Agile, PMP, and Scrum.
Experience with risk management, schedules, and action plans.
Knowledge of process mapping and process improvement.
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
Knowledge of project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Planner, Jira, or similar platforms.
