About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner with Sales teams to understand client goals and campaign objectives
  • Create engaging organic social content tailored to various platforms and audiences

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Must reside in Canada
  • Must be eligible to work in Canada
  • Experience creating content for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
  • Familiarity with social media scheduling tools such as SocialPilot or similar platforms
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • French language skills considered an asset
  • Confidence working with clients and collaborating across teams
  • Experience with Canva or similar content creation tools
  • Proactive, self-starter mindset and willingness to learn
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
  • Agency experience preferred
