About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead on-site setup and operational launch of new Print and Shipping Centers
  • Prepare locations through equipment setup, system configuration, inventory stocking, merchandising, and workflow layout
  • Verify systems, equipment, and operational processes before opening
  • Provide hands-on training to new owners and staff on point-of-sale systems, printing equipment, finishing equipment, production workflows, and financial operations
  • Build owner confidence and operational capability during the startup phase
  • Ensure centers follow corporate guidelines, brand standards, and safety requirements
  • Validate store layout, customer experience, merchandising, and production workflows
  • Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions before opening
  • Deliver corporate training programs for new owners and operators
  • Improve onboarding programs, training materials, and operational playbooks using field feedback

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience with new store opening and training in a franchise system
  • Ability to travel extensively, up to 75% within the United States
  • Ability to work beyond traditional business hours when required by opening timelines
  • Ability to be on-site for 3–6 days per opening
  • Ability to regularly lift and move 50–75+ lbs
  • Ability to stand, walk, and work on retail flooring for 8–10 hours per day
  • Hands-on operational setup experience
  • Ability to commute to the office located in Lakewood, Colorado
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Knowledge of point-of-sale systems
  • Knowledge of cut-sheet and wide-format printing equipment
  • Knowledge of finishing equipment and production workflows
  • Knowledge of financial operations and reporting
