About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Deliver instructor-led training on asset performance management (APM) and monitoring and control (SCADA/EMS) platforms
  • Conduct live virtual and on-site sessions, webinars, and train-the-trainer programs
  • Build understanding of customer use cases and operational workflows
  • Design training for different learner personas and customer asset mixes across PV, wind, and BESS
  • Coordinate onboarding sessions with Technical Project Managers
  • Align platform orientation with acceptance testing scope
  • Manage scheduling and logistics for customer cohorts across time zones and regions
  • Develop and maintain customer-facing learning materials on Unity University, including user guides, eLearning modules, and video walkthroughs
  • Create internal enablement content
  • Partner with Product, Professional Services, Customer Success, and Support teams
  • Gather learner feedback and track completion and satisfaction outcomes
  • Drive continuous improvements to training quality and effectiveness
  • Apply AI-assisted workflows to content drafting, editing, and localization, validating outputs for product accuracy
  • Stay current on renewable energy, asset management, SCADA, and software innovation trends

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years in a technical, customer-facing role
  • At least 2 to 3 years delivering training, onboarding, or customer enablement
  • Working knowledge of renewable energy operations and operational software
  • Demonstrated depth in asset performance management or SCADA/EMS
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Experience working directly with operators, engineers, analysts, or technical users
  • Ability to facilitate independently and explain technical concepts clearly to audiences with varying levels of expertise
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent training engagements
  • Ability to flag delivery risks early
  • Willingness to travel occasionally, up to 10%
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and eLearning authoring tools
  • Instructional design, adult learning, or training certifications
  • Experience using AI-powered tools for content creation and knowledge sharing
