About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the AI-enabled PMO program end to end, from use-case intake through rollout and adoption
Identify high-impact AI use cases across Professional Services workflows and build ROI cases
Deliver billable client engagements using AI-enabled PMO capabilities
Lead AI enablement and training for Professional Services, PMO, and Operations
Govern AI outputs, standards, evaluation, and reconciliation before rollout
Run program cadence, including backlog, stakeholder alignment, status, and reporting
Translate complex AI concepts into decision-ready plans for internal stakeholders and clients
Drive delivery and adoption of Precisely’s AI-enabled PMO tool across Professional Services

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in business or a technical field, or equivalent work experience in place of the education requirement
6–8+ years in program/project management, leading cross-functional programs end to end
Client-facing delivery experience in a professional services or consulting environment
Comfortable carrying a utilization/billable target
Stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences, including executive level
Agile and traditional delivery fluency, including Scrum/Kanban and waterfall/hybrid
Experience with PM tooling such as MS Project, Wrike, ClickUp, Monday, Smartsheet, or equivalent
Strong KPI/ROI and metrics discipline
Working understanding of AI/GenAI
Excellent written, verbal, and executive presentation skills
Fluency with generative AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, and Claude
Practical understanding of LLMs, AI agents, and AI-enabled PMO/automation tools
Prompt engineering skills
Data literacy, including data-quality, privacy, and security implications
Working knowledge of responsible AI, ethics, bias, governance, and emerging regulation
Knowledge of AI across the delivery lifecycle
Change management and AI adoption experience
Approximately 20% travel required
