About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as lead point of contact on assigned client-account projects
- Provide quality control for client deliverables and materials
- Initiate and align creative brief details across client and internal teams
- Coordinate and participate in content planning meetings
- Manage delivery of individual client project assignments
- Facilitate medical-legal-regulatory review processes for promotional items
- Act as a subject matter expert on client tactics and deliverables
- Develop timelines and communicate milestones with the Project Management team
- Execute projects according to timelines and budgets
- Identify project red flags and proactively alert the team
- Take detailed notes during client interactions and prepare contact reports and next steps
- Ensure project materials are available for internal and external meetings
- Contribute to client proposals, budgets, reconciliations, and financial forecasts
- Monitor direct and labor costs and flag out-of-scope items
- Provide status and financial reports to clients
- Attend internal meetings to discuss project status
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications or related subject
- At least one year of experience as an Assistant Account Executive or Account Executive within an advertising, marketing, communication or related industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Flexibility for possible travel up to 5%
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without employer sponsorship
- Medical communications or healthcare industry experience is a plus
- Experience with writing SOWs and project briefs, as well as the ability to contribute to the development of strategic documents is preferred, but not required
