Project Coordinator – Market Access

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support day-to-day project activities on assigned accounts, including timelines, status reports, hot sheets, and project routing
- Collaborate with team members to maintain communication, anticipate challenges, and contribute to solutions
- Assist with Workfront project setup, tracking, and reporting
- Support programs totaling $1M-$2M and, with growth, potentially manage up to $1M-$1.5M with oversight
- Provide administrative support, potentially up to 50% of time depending on business needs
- Support budget tracking and reporting with project management, Account, and Finance teams
- Assist in scheduling and facilitating internal status and project kickoff meetings
- Provide proactive updates on timelines and resourcing under guidance
- Learn and maintain familiarity with agency frameworks, clients, and regulatory processes
- Help navigate workflow challenges and maintain operational efficiency and accountability
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks under the guidance of seasoned project management team members
- Participate in onboarding, training, and mentorship opportunities
- Collaborate with peers and cross-functional teams
- Promote and adhere to Precision Medicine Group’s Precision Principles
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or similar field is preferred
- 1 plus years of experience in a professional environment, preferred
- Healthcare, Pharmaceutical or related Life Sciences experience a plus
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite and Mac operating system
- Ability to collaborate with diverse teams
- Adaptability to new tools, market changes, and shifting priorities
- Initiative and proactive task management with managerial support
- Accountability for high-quality results and commitments
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without employer sponsorship
