About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage communications with team members regarding initial and ongoing information and status
  • Assist the Client Services team with new business initiatives and identify organic growth opportunities within assigned accounts
  • Coordinate pitch presentations and requests for proposals
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for assigned projects within the client account
  • Implement projects to promote the success and profitability of client deliverables
  • Manage projects and collaborate with Project Management to develop timelines, communicate milestones, and identify project red flags
  • Drive daily project activities by managing scope, scope changes, roadblocks, timelines, and budgets
  • Coordinate and participate in content planning meetings with key content experts
  • Maintain daily client contact, prepare client contact reports, and summarize next steps
  • Facilitate medical-legal-regulatory review to ensure promotional items meet compliance requirements
  • Contribute to client proposals, budgets, and reconciliations; monitor budgets, direct/labor costs, out-of-scope items, and hours
  • Assist with financial and forecasting reporting preparation
  • Interact with all departments and act as an internal team leader to ensure effective collaboration across brand and project teams
  • Develop successful marketing communication programs and help create memorable payer-focused strategies

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
  • Pharmaceutical agency experience with at least 2 years combined experience in Accounts and Project Management
  • Experience with direct client contact
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Travel enabled, with up to 5% travel expected
  • Proven teamwork skills and flexibility
  • Excellent verbal/written interpersonal skills and positive attitude
  • Planning, organizing, and detail-oriented skills
  • Communications experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare or medical preferred
  • Pharmaceutical experience including the MLR process preferred
  • Experience writing SOWs and project briefs preferred
  • Experience with clients’ online submission systems such as Zinc or Veeva preferred
  • Pharmaceutical drug launch experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in marketing, communications, or advertising preferred
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without employer sponsorship
