About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee the rhythm of business for monthly close, annual operating plan, CapEx spending, and long-range financial planning
  • Consolidate CBU financials across entities and channels, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow
  • Direct close cycles, monthly updates, quarterly forecasts, annual operating plans, and long-range planning governance
  • Evolve the FP&A operating model and reduce process complexity
  • Drive process redesign, standardization, and automation to improve cycle time, insight quality, and decision velocity
  • Partner with Accounting and systems owners to strengthen reporting, data integrity, cost visibility, and performance visibility
  • Own MBR, QBR, and Board-level reporting and convert results into executive narratives
  • Build clear, executive-ready storylines connecting performance to drivers, risks, and decisions
  • Champion advanced analytics, modern data platforms, and AI-enabled finance tooling, including validation and controls
  • Build dashboards and reporting for self-service performance visibility
  • Automate recurring workflows, improve data quality, and develop repeatable analytical assets
  • Support capital investment evaluation and productivity analysis
  • Help shape R&D and product investment strategy
  • Support product roadmap prioritization based on profit contribution and engineering constraints
  • Model design iterations and build business cases for new products and features within the stage-gate NPI process

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline
  • 6+ years of progressive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Corporate Finance, or Commercial Finance
  • 2+ years of experience leading end-to-end corporate close and forecast processes, consolidating and reporting a multi-entity financial view, and producing executive reporting such as MBR, QBR, or Board-level materials
  • Proven track record of delivering high-impact business results and influencing outcomes without authority
  • Demonstrated ability to forge strong business partnerships that shape strategy, execution, and resource decisions
  • Advanced financial modeling skills and expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Demonstrated use of AI and automation to rebuild finance workflows and deliver measurable gains, including hands-on experience with Power Query, Python, and AI agents, plus appropriate controls
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with ability to influence cross-functional and executive stakeholders
  • Experience with business intelligence and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar
  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar financial systems
