About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner with Account Executives to conduct deep technical discovery and understand customer goals, data workflows, forecasting processes, and technical maturity
  • Uncover additional use cases and identify where PredictHQ products can add value
  • Determine product fit and architect scalable, repeatable solutions
  • Own and maintain Customer Solution Architectures from discovery through onboarding
  • Design and execute API-based technical evaluations aligned with success criteria
  • Interpret evaluation results and present technical performance in terms of business impact
  • Guide customers through evaluation next steps and manage milestones, deliverables, and timelines
  • Lead implementation technical kickoffs and confirm solution design, timelines, and responsibilities
  • Support customer technical teams integrating PredictHQ into existing data workflows and systems
  • Validate end-to-end implementation and use case activation
  • Finalize Customer Solution Architectures and hand off to Account Executives or Managers
  • Support customer expansion by assessing data usage, identifying underutilized capabilities, and recommending new use cases
  • Bring lifecycle insights to product roadmap and priorities
  • Translate onboarding and customer feedback into improvements for go-to-market processes and technical resources
  • Champion simplification and use-case clarity across technical touchpoints

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3-5 years of industry experience with 1-2 years of experience as a Sales or Solutions Engineer
  • Comfortable with API-centric/data-pipeline architectures
  • Able to quantify forecasting impact and business value
  • Experience with data science, specifically demand forecasting, time-series modelling or applied analytics
  • Broad experience using APIs and building dataframes
  • Comfort managing large-scale database integrations, including BigQuery, Azure, and Snowflake
  • Experience in Python and/or other programming languages to build, execute, and adjust scripts
  • Strong consultative discovery skills
  • Proven success guiding enterprise customers through pre-sales, implementation and scale
  • Experience partnering closely with Sales, Product, Engineering and Data Science
  • Outstanding communication skills with C-suite and technical stakeholders
  • Builder mindset, including creating templates, reference code, and instruments
  • Ability to travel and be on site with customers as required (20-30% of your time)
  • Must be a US citizen or have a valid United States work visa
