About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own new customer onboarding and implementation from kickoff through launch
- Lead customer discovery sessions with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders
- Understand customer clinical workflows, roles, handoffs, decision points, documentation requirements, systems, and desired outcomes
- Understand how clinicians and staff use EHRs and other clinical systems
- Understand Predoc’s internal clinical operations, service delivery processes, capacity, and constraints
- Map current-state clinical workflows and identify opportunities to reduce friction, improve operations, and create value
- Translate clinical and operational needs into implementation strategies, workflow designs, configuration decisions, requirements, scope, tradeoffs, and launch criteria
- Validate workflows with customers, lead operational acceptance testing, and support initial live workflows
- Partner with technical implementation engineers on operational requirements, configuration feasibility, and product gap resolution
- Serve as a trusted partner to clinicians, clinical operations leaders, informatics teams, EHR administrators, and technical stakeholders
- Program-manage implementations end to end across Product, Engineering, Clinical Operations, and customer teams
- Establish implementation plans, milestones, decision logs, readiness criteria, and success metrics
- Build durable customer relationships and serve as the primary onboarding and implementation contact
- Surface recurring customer feedback and translate insights into strategic decisions
- Create repeatable clinical workflow maps, playbooks, templates, checklists, and training materials
- Lead the handoff from implementation into ongoing partnership operations
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of relevant experience within healthcare technology
- Experience owning complex customer implementations from kickoff through launch, ideally in a healthcare environment
- Experience working with clinical workflows, EHRs, and other clinical systems
- Strong problem-solving skills for ambiguous and complex challenges
- Ability to ask the right questions, make thoughtful decisions, and drive projects forward
- Strong people management skills, including direct management and cross-functional leadership
- Excellent communication skills with clinicians, operators, technical teams, and executives
- Strong documentation and process-design skills
