About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the end-to-end product experience across iprefer.com and the I Prefer mobile application
- Establish a scalable digital product roadmap aligned with UX, customer experience, revenue growth, and strategic objectives
- Own roadmap, backlog, delivery planning, sprint readiness, launch coordination, and post-release validation for brand and B2B web and mobile releases
- Partner with engineering and UX to define epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release plans
- Manage stakeholder reviews, dependencies, delivery trade-offs, and operating cadence across web, mobile, CMS, reservations, and loyalty workstreams
- Serve as primary Product Owner for PTG’s brand sites and B2C digital experiences
- Improve discovery, booking, account, offers, loyalty engagement, and redemption experiences across web and mobile
- Translate member insights, business priorities, analytics, and stakeholder feedback into a prioritized roadmap
- Define product KPIs, instrument user flows, and use analytics to guide prioritization and demonstrate impact
- Define and track GEO performance metrics
- Provide prioritization, coaching, and delivery guidance to the part-time B2B Product Owner
- Coordinate B2B and brand roadmap dependencies, shared capabilities, content models, integrations, and release timelines
- Lead release readiness, including scope, QA, analytics tagging, content, merchandising, training, and stakeholder communications
- Define delivery governance covering intake, prioritization, sprint planning, dependency tracking, launch approvals, and post-launch measurement
- Identify risks, blockers, resourcing gaps, and cross-platform dependencies and escalate trade-offs with recommendations
- Optimize consumer journeys using behavioral data, voice-of-customer inputs, usability findings, and business performance trends
- Partner with UX, content, CRM, loyalty, and hotel-facing teams to deliver intuitive, personalized, commercially effective, and consistent experiences
- Report directly to the Senior Director of Product
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6+ years in consumer product management
- At least 3 years owning customer-facing web and native mobile experiences end to end
- Demonstrated ownership of a native mobile app lifecycle, including release trains, phased rollouts, App Store and Play review, version deprecation, feature flagging, and crash and performance monitoring
- Practical understanding of headless CMS, API-first and BFF patterns, server-side and edge rendering, design systems, and component libraries
- Fluency in Core Web Vitals, page weight, third-party script load, and conversion impact
- Experience with A/B and multivariate testing, holdout design, baseline establishment, and conversion, engagement, and retention metrics
- Experience applying personalization inputs such as unified profiles, segments, and behavioral signals
- Proven partnership with UX and design teams or agencies
- Ability to translate technical tradeoffs into business value for non-technical executive audiences
- Comfort operating in ambiguity with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Working knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, CMP integration, cookie and tracking governance
- Experience with GEO, AEO, structured data strategy, schema markup, and entity-based content models
- Familiarity with headless CMS platforms
- Experience in travel, hospitality, e-commerce, or loyalty
- Track record shipping to WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA
- Proactive approach to automation and efficiency
