About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Establish and scale the digital product roadmap for iprefer.com and the I Prefer mobile application
  • Own end-to-end delivery planning for Brand and B2B consumer web and mobile releases
  • Manage roadmap sequencing, backlog health, sprint readiness, launch coordination, and post-release validation
  • Partner with engineering and UX to define epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release plans
  • Serve as primary Product Owner for PTG’s Brand sites and B2C digital experiences
  • Improve discovery, booking, account, offers, loyalty engagement, and redemption experiences across web and mobile
  • Translate member insights, business priorities, analytics, and stakeholder feedback into a prioritized roadmap
  • Define product KPIs, instrument key user flows, and use analytics to inform prioritization
  • Define and track GEO performance metrics
  • Provide prioritization, coaching, and delivery guidance to the part-time B2B Product Owner
  • Coordinate B2B and Brand roadmap dependencies
  • Lead release readiness for Brand websites and mobile launches, including scope, QA, analytics tagging, content, merchandising, training, and communications
  • Create the delivery operating model for intake, prioritization, sprint planning, dependency tracking, launch approvals, and post-launch measurement
  • Identify risks, blockers, resourcing gaps, and cross-platform dependencies
  • Optimize core Brand consumer journeys using behavioral data, voice-of-customer inputs, usability findings, and business trends
  • Partner with UX, content, CRM, loyalty, and hotel-facing teams to deliver intuitive, personalized, commercially effective experiences

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 6+ years in consumer product management
  • At least 3 years owning customer-facing web and native mobile experiences end to end
  • Demonstrated ownership of a native mobile app lifecycle, including release trains, phased rollouts, App Store and Play review, version deprecation, feature flagging, and crash and performance monitoring
  • Practical understanding of headless CMS, API-first and BFF patterns, server-side and edge rendering, design systems, and component libraries
  • Fluency in web performance, including Core Web Vitals, page weight, and third-party script load
  • Experience running A/B and multivariate tests, holdout design, baseline establishment, and using conversion, engagement, and retention data
  • Experience turning personalization inputs into on-surface treatments and defining measurement
  • Proven partnership with UX and design teams or agencies
  • Ability to translate technical tradeoffs into business value for non-technical executive audiences
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Working knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, CMP integration, cookie and tracking governance
  • Experience with GEO, AEO, structured data strategy, schema markup, entity-based content models, and search discoverability
  • Familiarity with headless CMS platforms
  • Experience in travel, hospitality, e-commerce, or loyalty
  • Track record shipping to WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA
  • Ability to lead multiple priorities and communicate clearly
