About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide front desk and phone coverage for an inbound call center
- Answer and direct calls to appropriate staff
- Assist building visitors
- Distribute voicemail, email, and faxes
- Manage email and fax boxes
- Print, assemble, and prepare documents for mailing
- Perform searches for critical data using Westlaw, as needed
- Redact confidential information on digitized documents using Adobe, as needed
- Update spreadsheets with information from physical documents, as needed
- Provide additional coverage for database searches and document redaction
- Perform other duties as assigned to support department goals
- Occasionally work extended hours based on operational needs
- Ensure the security and confidentiality of sensitive information
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience in a fast-paced office environment
- Previous inbound call center experience desired
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Able to type by touch
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to perform multiple daily tasks efficiently
- Detail oriented
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to learn and retain new information
- Strong work ethic
- Dependable
- Able to work well with a team as well as independently
- Self-starter
- Ability to ensure the security and confidentiality of sensitive information
- Physical presence in the office Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
