About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee approximately 2–4 direct reports
Ensure client satisfaction and oversee the non-judicial foreclosure process from referral through sale
Communicate and work with clients to maintain customer service and cohesive working relationships
Train, develop, and coach the team
Ensure the team maintains internal SLAs
Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems to eliminate production or quality roadblocks
Implement process changes to ensure compliance with federal and/or client directives
Review and deliver client scorecards, daily production reports, and other reporting
Perform other duties as assigned to support department goals
Occasionally work extended hours based on operational needs
Work in a corporate office environment using standard office equipment

Requirements

What you’ll need

5 years of Foreclosure experience
Working knowledge of the Texas foreclosure process
Working knowledge of the McCarthy & Holthus, LLP foreclosure processing system
Prior successful leadership within a Texas Foreclosure process
Processing knowledge of various servicer foreclosure processing systems
Knowledge of Texas foreclosure documents
Demonstrated ability to rapidly adapt to change
Demonstrated ability of issue identification and successful problem resolution
Working knowledge of business workflow and general processes
Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills
Exceptional communication skills
Ability to ensure the security and confidentiality of sensitive information
