About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide a wide variety of legal work supporting legal assistants and attorneys under direct supervision
  • Prepare, check, and process legal forms, documents, and related materials
  • Locate and abstract information from legal files and records
  • Gather and organize relevant material for legal proceedings
  • Perform data entry, file intake, and auditing of legal referrals
  • Schedule legal sales
  • Respond to and initiate communications with clients
  • Adhere to legislative, investor, and client-driven foreclosure timelines
  • Update servicer processing systems
  • Generate foreclosure documents
  • Answer incoming calls
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support department goals

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1+ years of experience in Texas legal processes and associated documents
  • Knowledge of servicer legal processing systems, including LPS, Lenstar, and Tempo
  • Excellent customer service
  • Ability to rapidly adapt to change
  • Extremely detail oriented
  • Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, high-volume, team environment
  • Timeline management skills
  • Production oriented
  • Ability to ensure the security and confidentiality of sensitive information
